What happens in an Initial Consultation?

Before the initial consultation, you’ll receive a detailed health history questionnaire & a three day diet diary to complete.
During our first appointment, we will discuss these further. Then we will formulate your personalized nutrition plan which will be unique to suit your needs. Supplements will also be recommended if necessary.

Going forward, we will have follow-up sessions (2 or 3 weeks apart) that last 30-45 minutes. This is your chance to highlight any concerns you may have, talk about challenges and adherence of the plan and needed motivated to continue making sustainable changes.

You will have access to a client portal, where you can schedule your appointments, upload your food diaries, access menu plans, and have access to contact me at any time.
