Initial Consultation

 60 minutes/$240

  During this session,​​

  • We will review your health history, most current labs, and your health concerns.

  • I will ask questions, gather information, and analyze what is driving your symptoms.

  • You will receive a customized 7-day meal plan or a prioritized dietary jumpstart list.
