Fat Bombs
Healthy fats should include between 20 percent to 30 percent of one's diet, and a fat bomb is a good way to get those calories in.

Fat bombs are ball-shaped treats packed with energy, made of approximately 80% healthy fats as its' resource! These energy balls are an easy way to add healthy fat into your diet and/or curb a sugar craving. They make great quick breakfast, pre- or post-workout snack or an afternoon treat options.

The best part about fat bombs is they are easy to make!
Stock your kitchen with avocados, nut butters, coconut oils, cheeses, butters, and low-sugar mixings such as spices, cocoa, and dark chocolate, and low-carbohydrate textures such as walnuts, almonds, and seeds. Below are some of my favorite fat bomb recipes. Check them out!
