Eat Well, Live Wise and Thrive On.

My nutrition philosophy is inspiring individuals to eat and enjoy nourishing and delicious food, to live the life you want, thriving in every area health and wellness.

Eating Well is to nourish the body
  • Nourishing the body's cells with foods from the earth consist of minimally processed, mostly plant-based, and naturally packed with essential nutrients and powerful antioxidants to help you look and feel your best.

  • Loving, enjoying and sharing delicious food which is life’s greatest unifying gifts— food is meant to nourish every aspect of life!

  • Balancing food choices to reap a healthy and satisfying mix of proteins, carbs, and fats and learning to eat mindfully. Selecting foods that taste good and feel good in your body after they are eaten.

Living Wise is to establish a rewarding lifestyle
  • Developing satisfying habits that transform lives come from making small changes!  Transformation is about progress, not perfection and the journey to better health is different for everyone.

  • Educating yourself because knowledge is power. Trusting your intuition because your body is usually telling you everything you need to know.

  • Respecting how unique everyone is. This is true to lifestyle, preferences, and genetics. It also means loving oneself and others and practicing positive self-talk.

  • Providing a support structure of positive influence from people within visiting, working, community, and social environments.

Thrive On is to add excitement to life
  • Getting active and striving to be strong and healthy! Moving is beneficial to both physical and mental well being.

  • Relaxing. Learning how to manage and reduce stress is necessary for health and relationships.

  • Prioritizing essential need for sleep quality.

  • Seeking alternative therapies to cope with tough times.

  • Exploring and connecting through activities that are exhilarating such as travel, hobbies, friendships, or learning new skills.
